Pitcher

The glazed, earthenware pitcher has leaf and pine cone relief imagery. It is of the varied majolica style, which was popular into the late nineteenth century. The pitcher was one of many objects donated to the museum by Gordon Seavey (1905-1996). He was a Westford resident, reporter, and local historian. Also, he was one of the 100 members that helped form the Westford Historical Society’s museum as it is today.
