Hildreth Cane
Willow-like cane with metal at the bottom. It is 35 inches long. On the side, it is inscribed to C.L Hildreth, and at the top, it dates itself to Dec. 25 1894. Charles Lewis Hildreth was born in 1879, living in Westford for most of his life. He graduated from Westford Academy in 1897, and later became a practicing attorney in Lowell. He became Town Clerk from 1915 to 1966, before his death two years later.
