Library Postcard
Colored postcard featuring the J.V. Fletcher Library as it looked in 1910. The 1895 building was expanded in the 1980s into its present shape. The back has a George Washington one-cent stamp. On the back, there is a note to Miss Margaret Hooper of Groton, Vermont, from Katharine Allen:
[sic]Got your letter, and will write soon. I’m up here for two weeks, I am going to camp at Forge Pond Saturday, but I hope there won’t be any spy-glasses around. I’ll send you the pictures as soon as I get home.
