Postcard

Real photo postcards printed between 1918 and 1930, according to Playle.com. Dating is possible thanks to the stamp box’s design featuring “AZO” with triangles.
The black and white photo reads (sic):
Single house
Abbott Worsted Co. Graniteville Mass,
Low rents bring contented employees.
The photo features a Gambrell-style house with a screened porch. A small dog is visible within. Between 1855 and 1956, the Abbot Worsted co was a major employer in Westford, primarily manufacturing worsted yarns. Abbot Worsted provided such benefits as recreation, a hospital, and housing.
