Trivia Night Fundraiser Sponsorship Opportunities

Founded “to study Westford history” and “to stimulate the collection and preservation” of related manuscripts and artifacts and “to encourage research and disseminate historical information,” the Westford Historical Society first met sixty years ago on November 20, 1958, under the inspiration and leadership of Allister MacDougall. The Westford Historical Society and Museum is now located in the original 1794 Westford Academy building in the center of town. In addition to the building, the museum houses a collection of artifacts from Westford’s past and current history, including the Westford Women Dolls, objects from the Sargent and Abbot Mills, and a plaster cast of the Westford Knight.  The link below is for more information about the museum and its collection: www.museum.westford.org

To celebrate our sixtieth anniversary, we are hosting a 60th Anniversary Trivia Night Fundraiser on Friday, November 30, 2018 at the Parish Center for the Arts. We are seeking local community members who would be willing to donate something from their company, farm, store, or hobby for a silent auction. Proceeds from the auction will go back to the Museum for collections care, exhibits, and general upkeep.

If you are interested in a sponsorship opportunity, then we have options for a “Congratulations” poster which can feature your logo. There are also table sponsorship opportunities. We will be advertising our sponsors at the event and on our website as well. Please see WHS Trivia Night Sponsorship Levels.

Any type of donation would be utilized and greatly appreciated.  If you need more information please feel free to contact the museum at director@museum.westford.org.  We thank you in advance for your support!
