2:30 – The Westford Christmas Community Chorus performs
2:45 – Santa arrives on the fire truck
2:50 – People are called for photos with Santa by group (numbers will be issued) and sing along begins.
3:00 – Craft tables open. Tree decorating.
3:15 – Sing along ends
3:30 – Light the tree
3:45 – Craft tables close
